4. Documents that FCDO cannot Apostille
In the case where the document(s) is not Apostilled by FCDO for any reason, such as but not limited to, the document cannot be Apostilled due to lack of certification or signature. The refund for the full amount will be issued minus a 50 GBP processing fee and any incurred postage fees.
