General Terms & Conditions
Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure, we agree to notify you as soon as possible. If the Force Majeure event lasts for more than 14 calendar days, either party shall have the right to cancel the agreement. Where services have been prepaid but not provided, you will be entitled to a full refund from the date of cancellation for all such services.
Miscellaneous
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract for the provision of goods or services anytime up to 14 calendar days from the day after the contract was made (cooling-off period), as stipulated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any such cancellations must be communicated to us in writing. If we have already begun fulfilling our side of the contract before you exercise your right to cancel, the right to cancel may be lost.
Specific Terms & Conditions
Special Limitation of Liability
If your Apostille application is rejected by FCDO, you will not be entitled to a refund for any services purchased from ComForm Solutions.
Price of Goods and Services
We reserve the right to update the prices on the Website and to update, amend, or withdraw the products and services that we offer without prior notice or explanation. Every effort is made to ensure that all prices are correct; however, in the event of serious error, any transaction shall be voided by us, entitling you to a full refund.
Refund Policy
If you purchase an apostille but change your mind prior to the submission of the order to FCDO, we will refund all monies paid to us, minus the cost of returning the documents to you and any other costs that have already been incurred, provided your written request for a refund is received within the 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. Refunds cannot be given once the document application has been submitted to FCDO.
Refund Policy - Additional Products and Services
If you purchase an additional product or service but change your mind - provided we have not already started working on providing the product or service, you will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to us, provided the notice to cancel is given within the 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. A refund will not be given for cancellation requests after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or where we have started working on providing the product or service.
Refund Policy - Shipping
In the case of lost items we require the receiver to wait 60 days before we will issue a refund to allow time for a lost item to be found.
